This series concentrates on developing an abstract atmosphere using photography taken in locations with distinct natural settings. The images are collaged digital photographs that have been blended and overlapped to create patterns led by organic shape and color. In this first series the photographs were taken at the Plitvice Lakes National Park the oldest national park in Southeast Europe and the largest national park in Croatia. My inspiration derived from the natural beauty of the bright clear water and lush foliage, which I used to guide pattern. The second series is inspired by the Ibex Duns in Death Valley National Park. In contrast a very dry and arid location, however the beautiful color and angular shapes lead to unique compositions.
